Shocking and disappointed at such response

On the 18th February 2013 i was involved in accicdent with a truck which is insured by Regent Insurance, because the truck driver was at fault I opened a case at Honeydew police station soon therafter a representative from Imperial Select called to advise that they had received the accident hence they requested documents from me of which I submitted including quotes from panelbeaters. Once this claim was sent to Regent Insurance everything started to move slow even thou the truck company paid their excess to their insurers Regent. It's three months now and I still havent fixed my car, everytime i call Regent Insurance im told its with managers awaiting approval or signature. I cant take it anymore my car needs to be fixed and im tired of hearing same excuses. Im really irritated with Regent Insurance!
