Good day, on the 19/09/13 @ 07h27 i received a call from Muzi, before we could speak I had already advised him i know the call is about my unpaid credit card & i had received a call from the upgrades dept & i advised them i paid into wrong account instead of my credit card - With that being said i was offered a wonderful service by the gentlemen who called me as he went out of his way to check if i had made a payment incorrectly & he set up a debit order 4me - Now if i admitted MY ERROR TO Muzi Mfeka WHY DIDNT the direction of the call change? my main concern was that i dont have time & i seemed to have not managed to pay on the Nedbank online-i asked him to put me through he said he cant, i asked him if he can take money from savings account also couldnt, then came the attitude where he said " I DON'T LISTEN" AND IAM NOT VERY HELPFULL" - i advised him not to speak to me in that manner as he doesnt know who i am and he responded "ARE YOU THREATENING ME? " I ASKED TO BE CALLED BY A MANAGER AND AT 11H08 STILL HAVENT HEARED A WORD. I dont think i'll go ahead opening a Business Account with Nedbank thanks to "The Muzi Mfeka" the new DIRECTOR of NEDBANK.
