My voice is hard enough very cheekey

I try to speak to somebody at 011 8337600 to get a copy of my bank account, and just get transfered from one to the other, and nobody bothers to help, when you phone ceo complaints, you get a very yohanda or yomanda telling me her voice is loud enough and the more I cant hear her the more she tells me her voice is loud enough, this is now a bank thats taking us into the future, I dont get my monthly bank statement and they do not care
