I am f*en angry about the Standard bank I received a phone call from the consultant advising on arrears on my account which I am aware of, the consultant was just rude to me, she said that I should make a payment today and when I said I cant make it today then she hanged up the phone, after few minutes she phone back again and when I asked what the reason to be disconnected and she first said there was a bad reception, I requested her to send me email and she said they have sending me emails since September and I have told her that at that time I was in hospital and I don't remember other days in which it was sent. then the consultant started to be rude to me raised her voice loud and said I am telling her Nonsense, I will certainly not tolerate that kind of attitude. STANDARD BANK HAVE A BAD SERVICE
