A hard to hear voice message enough?

A voice message was left on my cellphone - half it I could not hear - that Absa will print the beneficiary list out of ALL transactions to date. As the call was from a landline, I could not return the call and find out who phoned me - tried to search for a Reinet - but obviously I got the name wrong.

I am extremely shocked that when I did internet banking for years - I have wasted my time every time I typed in what should appear on my bank statement - while Absa is only prepared to write pos purchase on my statement - SHOCKING and UNACCEPTABLE. Please contact me and tell me where I can collect the beneficiary lists on my account - 919 313 2696 etc. with ALL my transaction since 1. Your help will be appreciated - I need this for a court case - phone me on 084 5 111 200 or 011 482 4978 - but make sure you make contact and get a response from me - do not just leave messages - you are welcome to email me too - to close the case after leaving a voice mail - is not ok.
