Ad service yet again!!!

I lost my card, then I went to a branch in corner Rissik & Market Johannesburg. I was assisted by Deli Buthelezi who politely told me they are out of stock with their cards. He then refferred me to a branch in corner Market & Von Brandis. Firstly when I entered the branch, a lady was on a phone moaning that she is hungry in a loud voice. Her name is Lina Motsai, I explained to her my situation and she said she wants a bank statement as proof that African bank is debiting my account, she rudely told me that it was their branche's policy. I could'nt understand that policy cause I had my I'd book and proof of adress with me. What really upsets me is that she told me it applied to their branch only and she was very rude.
