Voice call debit orde

A company called voice call has been debiting my bank account for the past 6 months. I did not notice this at first as they were debiting R99. I thought it was Standard Bank service fees.
In August the amount increased to R129, 99, I have contacted Standard Bank and was told that they do not have control over debit orders on my account, basically I would have to change account details to solve this issue.

My concern is the bank has been made aware of Voice Call debiting accounts (there are several complaints on Hellopeter already) but are not prepared to resolve the issue instead are telling us to change accounts. I am unhappy and even thinking of changing to another bank, hopefully they can mitigate this risk that Standard Bank is turning a blind eye to.
