Hello.
i have a loan with Finchoice and now pick up that all the extra payment I make they are not being allocated to my account. I requested a refund, but got a fraction of what they owe me.. if this was only pickup now what about my account going back to 2011, have they also not allocated moneys which is in there account and who else are they doing it too.

paid them a total since June R2 2300 only R100 was allocated. they paid back R1 127.66 then took again R440.06 from my account. i expect my proper refund and a full reconciliation on my account from day 1. clearly they do not know what they doing on there accounting side. I just want my proper refund.
