I'm on the Hollard Legal plan option pay every month, I requested legal assistance from them till today I tell you i have not received any form of communication of proper feedback as to what is happening with my dispute, i was told another attorney was attending to my query as the first one who initially started my case is no longer there, when you call their department number, there is no answer, or their line is always engaged. i mean they offer a service they cant even deliver they no feed back or up date was given to me last person i spoke to was waheeda she said she will keep me updated but till today i haven't received a call from her. im very disappointed, on their adverts they make this service seem very good and proper but im still waiting.
