I went to their offices monday morning to request my tax certificate, so the administrator told me there was a error on the system therefore she made a call to one of her senior administrator to find out what step to take as I needed it before end of the week. The senoir administrator informed her to take my email address and they will send it before the end of the week. I wait three days passed only than they send me an email not with what I had request just a response that they still have a problem therefore am going to have to wait 10 working days. I called the call centre and they still couldn't assist me and said they might send it on that friday or monday, its Wednesday the 18/09/2013 and there is still know response or anyone calling to follow up on my request.
