I have a preservation find policy with Old Mutual. Since about the 25/11/2013 I have been trying to get a letter from Old Mutual for surety purposes. Yesterday after receiving no letter in response to my request in November, I called again and spoke to Vuyo Merile who said that I have got to wait another 7 working days. She promised to email me the current values of my investment and I received nothing. Today I called again and spoke to an Anika who told me Vuyo had taken down my email address incorrect after I had slowly spelt it to her. Anika promised to get a fund administrator manager to call me to assist me with my request and as I had expected nobody called me. Is this the shoddy service we can expect from Old Mutual with whom we invested our money? After being with Old Mutual for over 20 years, I will not recommend Old Mutual to anyone.
