I phoned the Call centre last week and had to hold for more than 20 minutes I wanted to know when ill get my money after hanging on for so long I decided to send an email to the Customer service and got feedback to say that my HR department has not send a request for the redrawal and had to make a follow up with them, I did that and they confirmed to me that it was send through. Now I have to wait for you guys to send me an SMS or confirmation regarding my money.
Please pay my money I was advised that your turn around time is 10 working days, its been more than that and I am so tired of calling as I am not getting any help
