I did an application at the Branch on the 10th of September 2013 - i was called by the consultant that assisted me on Thursday to say that i needed to bring in another copy of my Payslip as the company does not reflect - which i find astonishing as i used the same slip for other accounts and no issues previously - I went into the Branch on Saturday and left my original pay slip with the company name and logo and stamp - when i spoke to the consultant on Monday i was informed that the paperwork was resent - i went into the branch today and i was told that African Bank does not want to add the company at which i am employed onto their system and no reason or explanation why - i was referred to the call center who referred me back to the branch as on his system it showed that they were waiting documents from the branch - when i spoke to the consultant she informed that she will get the branch manager to email the division that adds new companies to the system to get more information as to why the company has not been added yet as no one can call the department that does the additions - strange how can a department not be contacted what are they untouchables - i still wait feedback!!!
