I have a savings account with Absa which i normaly used for debit orders, recently when i requested a statement i was suprised to find 3 different types for deibt order going through my account without my knowledge. I tried to find more information about the debit order but to no avail could not get any help.
The debit orders are as follows:
Callvoice50562940 R99.99 for 3 months
D Dynamix 883178 R349
Onecmon_PS/SAS6004487 R129
They withdrew this money without my approval and i don't know what services they are offering. I want a refund but i cannot get hold of all these people who took money from my account.
I feel frustrated because i thought my money was save in the bank but it seems it is not save after all.
Can you please help me.
