ABSA debit order unexplained charges

For the month of January I had my ABSA microloan debit order moved from 1Jan to 15Jan, I monthly payment which is usually just over R800. On the 15th of Jan when the payment was taken of it reflected that over R1100 was taken from my account. I was never told by ABSA that moving date will be extra charges and especially not that much. I had a few other debit orders move from 1 Jan to 15 Jan as well with other financial institutions (Incl RCS and CallDirect) and neither of these increased their debit orders, their debit-orders stayed the same.

Due to my working our at the moment and intensity I can not get to a bank to debate this and from past knowledge emailing Absa on any of their email addresses is pointless as I have never received any response from various times I have mailed them in the past.

Can Absa please tell me why they took the extra money this month without approval? Especially in financial times like this where one needs to work out your budget to the last cent, now you can afford to lose and have money taken from you like this.

Hope ABSA can respond, refund me and give me an reason why this happened?
