Very Bad Customer Service

My Fiance and I joined momentum health and multiply because everything supposedly works well together and you get great benefits and rewards for staying healthy. I noticed that points were not allocated correctly for both my Fiance and I, so I took it up with my broker who in turn sent my query to the support department. My momentum account has since been locked out, not quite sure why as my password is saved by my browser so its not as if i typed it in wrong. The call centre that is supposed to help you, keeps you on hold in the queue for like 15 minutes just to pass you on the the answering machine? Why? I tried this 3 times and had the same result. "Transferring you to the next available consultant"... and then "You have reached the momentum answering service...". What kind of a support centre does that? Also, many of the functions on the site doesn't work. And the last thing, my Fiancee ordered a pedometer and had to pay for it although she does not belong to a gym? Page 34 of the Terms and Conditions states: "If you don't belong to a gym, you can order a pedometer for free". Momentum is extremely unavailable as a service provider. Why is the call center unavailable on a Sat?
