Points allocation - a nightmare!!

We have tried to get answers from the call centre, but either the excuses don't make sense or the issues are just ignored.
The issues are:
1.Online dental authorisation
a.D.Berndt, auth no:85514903 done 7 Mar 2013
b.A.Berndt, auth no:85514891 done 7 March 2013
c. No points allocated for a and b above after 7 weeks. Why??
2.Dental Checkup A.Berndt
a. Done on 4 Apr 2013 and paid by momentum health, No points allocated. Why??
3.Pedometer Steps
D.Berndt
a. No points allocated between 10 Mar and 16 Apr
b. No points allocated from 16 Apr onwards show max points reached, yet the multiply points table shows a max of 2500 per member can be achieved. Up to 10 Mar I had only accumulated 400 points.
c. Points allocated on days where I did not reach 10000 steps, eg 16 Apr, refer to pedometer community
A.Berndt
a. No points allocated between 10 mar to date
We were told that the points would be allocated in May, yet Apr is showing but still nothing from Mar to Apr. Very odd!!
Please address the issues as we pay for this service, it is not free. It appears that your marketing of multiply is way ahead of what actually is achievable and that your IT systems need attention.
