I bought a watch from Sterns Mall of the North on 21/12/2023. I called on 22/12/2023 to inform them that the watch is not working. She abruptly ended the call after I explained that the watch doesn't work and mentioned that I live in Louis-Trichardt. She expected me to drive all the way there to sort it out.
This is unacceptable, and I will never buy from them again. She should have ensured that I bought a working watch. Surely, there must be another way to get this watch refunded, but I received no help from them.
