I joined Momentum Health (moved from a very efficient and dynamic competitor) and joined Multiply as the benefits seemed attractive. The problem is - I can't access the online shop from any of the website links. Not even to buy the pedometer. I get the following error:

Transaction failed: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
I HAVE TRIED THIS FROM THREE DEVICES (home pc, work pc and ipad)! I logged this error via email more than a month ago and the reply instructed me to change my password??? This did not work. I sent another mail and was promised resolve but to no avail. There is no use in a benefit program if you can't access the main benefits it offers. This makes me regret my move to Momentum Health all together. Please assist. My ID number is 8510165003088.
