Points system is total bullsht - not working!!!

Pedometer kept flashing - needed to download manufacturer software (not shipped with Momentum) - to stop the flashing. No support on Momentum faqs for this.

When logging in the website claims I have no contract with Momentum. This has happened once and all my points disappeared and it has taken about two months to regain the points after numerous emails. Today the website again says that I have no contract - I don't know whats going to happen tomorrow.

Momentum service offline when needed for flymango and sterkinekor. I've booked tickets before on flymango, but when I tried today it conveniently state that I have no momentum account.

Entrytime events does not load onto Multiply until specifically queried with Momentum, even though it states on Entrytime that it has been submitted. Also, once queried, events have to be specified to Momentum help desk.

Incompetent web designers
- After completing online questionares the website doens't pick up that these have been completed yet..
- Most of the time when more info is clicked with regards to points accumulating activities, it says that the action cannot be completed.

The nutrition program, nor articles read, accumulate points.
