I had an issue with Momentum Health with regards to the delivery of my pedometer - a device I am supposed to use to earn health returns. The device was delivered late and due to this I was at a disadvantage for my returns for the month of May. I was promised that the monies owed will be paid into my account but I have not received anything yet! In addition, I have not been receiving any useful feedback when I enquired about the monthly returns I am supposed to receive - I have called the call centre, they advised me to email and when I sent an email, a response was sent to tell me I am supposed to call the call centre. I would like to talk to someone that knows how all of the processes work and can give me some answers.
