Magazine issue, call centre not answering

I have been trying to sort out various issues with Momentum Multiply since early January 2013, but am not having any luck getting through on the Call Centre number 0861886600. It just keeps on saying that 1) the lines are extremely busy (and then I am kept on hold for forever) or 2) there are no lines available (at which point the call terminates).

Initially I had an issue with my Multiply status and only after speaking to someone at Momentum Head Office was it sorted out after I was given another 0860/0861 number to call.

Now is the same story: I bought my mom a magazine subscription for Christmas that has not, at the end of Jan, been delivered. And I can't tell a soul about it to get feedback and delivery since the call centre is not answering on the number mentioned. Not only is this frustrating but embarrassing. I don't care what issues Momentum Multiply is dealing with which prevents their call centre to take calls - SORT IT OUT. I've been with Momentum Health for some time now and will not tolerate this kind of service.

I trust that someone will eventually (I hope) get back to me on this. Disgraceful!!
