My fiance and i applied for an excess on our bond in order to pay for the final things for our wedding.
we applied on Saturday with a consultant at the clearwater branch. we did the application, gave copies of our Drivers licenses and he said all was in order.
i phoned head office today and the lady told me that first of all my drivers license was unacceptable to apply for the excess. then she change her story and said that it was acceptable but the copies were bad and that they cant put the application through.
what upsets me is the unprofessionalism of your company regarding policies and procedures because the lady told me i had to ensure all paperwork was correct and that if i didn't follow and follow up then the application would have been left alone and not considered,
how do you run a business like this. all this had nothing to do with me but now i have to run around to fix some consultants mistake!! this is also besides the fact that i have tried to phone the branch 4 times to try sort this out and no answer! ABSOLUTELY RADICULOUS!!
