I have a joined bond with my sister and now she wants to buy her own property. i went to Std bank Sanridge (midrand) to apply 4 tde substitution of dept with my fiance it was early nov 2013. The application (appl #: 4624406) was declined with the reason being "you can not take out one person and put another one", meaning it wasnt possible to apply with someone else.
They then advised me to apply for a new loan with the promise that its gonna be a conituation however when the application comes back its was a brand new application. the bond term was not changing and the purchase price also didnt change. I went to the bank to ask why the price and bond term didnt change, they told its because its a new application, i then told them that I dont want to start from stratch i want to continue with the amount i was paying on the remaining number of years i'm left with as this will have imapct on the interest im gonna pay. They then advised me to apply for a substitution of dept alone not with my fiance.
I went to midrand branch to apply for the substitution of dept (APP no 4650778). They decline it saying it was captured as further loan. I'm not tired to go the bank. Please help
