I just do not know where to start with the frustration we have had when applying for the excess bond from this bank. The first unwilling lady loaded wrong information on the system and when we enquired after a week and a half we were told that our bond was registered in 2012 November whereas we have had it since 2004.

The bad service did not end there, she just told us there was nothing she could do and if we are still interested we may submit another application or we should go to the branch and apply. The nightmare is still continuing as we are trying to get the application over and done with.

The attitude of these people is just leaving us with no option but to take all our portfolios somewhere else where we shall be valued as customers and not as just mere people who are burging for handouts.
