Application for Overdraft Pending with no feedback

I've applied for an overdraft with Bradwyn Booysen (Branch Manager) on the 23rd of September 2013. I was advised to sent him my financial statements for supporting documents. I've sent it to him on the 3rd of October 2013. On the 7th of October 2013 I've emailed him to ask about the progress regarding my application. On the 9th of October 2013 he (eventually) replied to me and said he need to have surety like policies etc. I've emailed him the policies and details on the 11th of October 2013. Up until now I didn't received any feedback whatsoever from him or FNB! This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional! I'm thinking of it to move my business banking to another bank!! FNB's service in the branch as well as the administration is really absurd! On the 23rd of September 2013 when I was visiting the branch to register for online business banking, no paperwork was in place, because I've applied online for my business account and for that reason not everything of my details was up to date - just to describe in short! I really would like to have feedback ASAP!! This is not acceptable!
