Aleaxander Forbes refuse to settle my claim for my car that was written-off because they want the result of a blood test which can take 9 months. first off i DO NOT DRINK! they appointed an investigator to look into my claim but her verdict went against me even tho she did not even contact the police officer investigating the accident or she would have found out that the blood test CANNOT be used against me because it was taken after the 2 hrs stipulated by law! i would like to know what gives alexander forbes the right to use a blood test against me when no court in the land can? like i said i dont drink so not worried abt the blood test but i cant afford to keep paying for a car that is written-off until they get the results of the blood test. the blood test is invalid because it was not taken within the 2 hrs so without the blood test they have no proof i was under the influence which i wasnt for i dont drink. they are making up their on law which goes against the law of the country. you cannot make a law which breaks a law of the country and thats what alexander forbes are ddoing!
