I had a nurse come to my work place in Oct/Nov to take my blood I am however being told that my blood test was not done within the 3 month period. A Refilwe in your underwriting department gave me this no. 0113203193 via SMS to call her but to no avail. I called your call centre on 4/2/13 at 1h19 I spoke to a Sazi Ndwandwe she said she will send an email to Refilwe to contact me, she also had the nerve to tell me I'm not covered because my blood test came back positive. REALLY?? I had a blood test done in Jan and it came back negative. And the document u sent me says I did not do the test. And u have doctors working in your call centre that can diagnose people telephonically?? Why hasn't Refilwe called me and why is her no. On vm? What happened to the blood your nurse took last year? Where the do u get off telling me I'm positive when I'm not? I regret the day I took life cover with u, I've clearly chosen the wrong service provider!!!
