HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU!!!

I HAVE BEEN PHONING FNB FOR THE PASS THREE - FOUR WEEKS NON STOP AND EMAILING THEM TO SORT OUT THINGS THEY HAVE CREATE ON MY PROFILE BUT EACH PERSON I GET TO PUT ME THROUGH TO THE NEXT PERSON. I CAME OUT TO THE EXACT SAME PERSON IN ONE DAY 4 TIMES ALREADY AND SHE JUST FORWARD ME AGAIN TO ANOTHER. I HAVE POST THINGS ON FACE BOOK AND EMAIL MANY STAFF OF FNB AND ALWAYS GET AN AUTOMATION REPLY THAT WE WILL CONTACT YOU. ITS A MONTH LATER AND THE ISSUE IS STILL OCCURRING WHICH STARTED AT THE HOUSING FINANCE AND LEGAL DEPT... I DON'T KNOW HOW THE TRAINING WAS CONDUCTED BECAUSE NOBODY CAN ACTUALLY ASSIST IN SORTING THIS OUT FROM FNB...
