As per my previous complaint about the service at old mutual still no luck in getting a policy, I have a chronic disease so I need more blood test and reports from my doctor, I went for blood test twice I called my doctor to send a medical report to old mutual he advised that there is a form that he usually completes from the insurance I asked lindiwe about it 2 weeks ago she replied a week later and said she will call the doctor, I called my doctor today he had no call from her .so by now the policy must have expired already. Can I get feedback in regards with this policy as I am not willing to go for blood test again and start all over again as this is very frustrating
