Feedback & refund of Plankton Cashless cards

We were at Oppikoppie and used the plankton cashless cards that you can only use to purchase there, after the festival I registered our cards to get the credit back on them, sms was sent to us that we will receive back the monies a few days after the festival (i did this on 10/8/2013), no refunds received. I called Standard bank to assist me as they are one of the sponsors linked with this, as I could not get any assistance from Hilltop Live or Ticketbreak, I spoke to Deon and he said he will have some one contact me to assist me with this that worked with Oppikoppi, up to date I have not had any one from Standard bank call me. I then received an sms on 10/09/2013 that Standard bank will contact me with the value out options with in that week, and once again nothing happened. it is now more that a month after the Festival and no refund has been done and the terms and conditions state that you will loose your credit if unclaimed after 3 months.
I am very disappointment in the service I receive from a Financial institution such as Standard bank, this is very bad for Business! Do I have to fight to get my money back & pay R12 admin fee too?!!??
