Refund of monies on Cashless cards

We were at Oppikoppie and used the plankton cashless cards that you can only use to purchase there, after the festival I registered our cards to get the credit back on them, sms was sent to us that we will receive back the monies a few days after the festival (i did this on 10/8/2013), no refunds received. I called them, no answer I finally got hold of them and gave me an email address which I sent emails to with no feedback. The In received a sms that (10/9/2013) A MONTH LATER that the monies will be refunded with in the week and someone from Standard bank will contact me for value out options (and they as a fee of R12 for doing so), Up to date I have not received any refund or positive feedback from my emails.
