Feedback & refund of Plankton Cashless cards

Numerous emails was sent to Karli in regards to the refunds of the credit on the cashless cards used at Oppikoppi. Of the several emails that was sent in regards with this I think I got one response.
SMS sent to me when I registered our card numbers for refund on 10/08/2013, it stated that refunds will be done a few days post event (nothing happened) I then received a sms on 10/9/2013 that standard bank will contact me THIS week for value out options (Nothing Happened). The terms & conditions state that the credit will be lost if unclaimed. This is now over a month that I am struggling to get my money back, Why do I have to fight to get my monies back & pay a R12 admin fee as well. This is the worst experience that I have ever had, And I can't believe that such a big company is run & managed in such a bad manner!
