No feedbak from Plankton.mobi with Oppikoppi Card

I have contacted plankton.mobi numerous time since the Oppikoppi festival regarding the refund of the precharge cards. I have not received any feedback from them.

I have SMS'ed my card number to 43553 many times to only to receive an SMS that I will be sent value out options shortly. But this has never happened.

I am getting annoyed, and can not contact them in other way besides email as they only have an email address on their website.

All I would like to do is get the money I paid into the card.
