All of a sudden, Standard Bank service, especially at my branch, Festival Mall.
Besides my credit cards which were issued wrongly, and months of frustration, I went to register a claim, as an ATM done me in with R 400-00.
I was given a reference no, but after 2 weeks, phoning the bank, I get transferred to a phone which just rings and rings and rings and rings.
Guess what is my only solution? Take my money to the bank next door.
