Standard Bank Festival Mall Moving Backwards

Went into festival Mall Standard bank met with Business banker to go through a couple of items on my account. One of them was to link my credit card to my online profile. Was completed slip printed, got home logged on to my banking and no card linked. Emailed and brought this to Sam Mahlangu attention at Standard Bank who dealt with me originally - no response. Emailed him again today no response. Service is a disgrace, I come into the branch to do this, it is not done correctly and now I cannot even get a response from them at Festival Mall. Not my problem that there systems did not work and I should not be expected to come in to the branch again and should at least get a response when querying the problem with them. Most irritating thing is I am just ignored. No wonder every one is moving to FNB!
