We could not reclaim our money left on the plankton card at oppikoppi, on account that the people that was supposed to do it did not pitch up, so we could not use the money for what it was intended. we have been trying since 12 August 2013 to reclaim our money left on the card, but to no avail. We were told that the money would be paid back WITHIN a month, but still we struggle just to get some feedback out of them. when we phoned them, we were told that Karli, the person that handles the pay outs, are on holiday in Namibia.
This is unacceptable.
Plankton pulling interest on our money and then we still have to pay admin fee!!!
Plankton.mobi will be the reason that we do not ever again attend any OppiKoppi, or Ramfest or anything that has any connection to them.
