3 September 2013 lodged. Complaint about being listed on ITC for accounts paid up in 2004. Got a call from a lady at African Bank requesting the docs. Sent thru the docs on 3 September 2013 and now I practically have to beg for a response or update. Also I was told that the lawyers might have given the HR dept an incorrect amount to garnish that's why I'm still owing. Seriously! This recon is straight forward but seems to be taking forever. I have lost almost 9 years of this bad credit on my ITC and still I need beg and pleased for it to be done.
