Complaint not closed/Interest is accumulating

I logged a complaint via Hello Peter and received a response from Sihle in November. Whatever docs he requested was provided via email and 2 months late I have not received any feedback regarding my complaint. All that is happening is that the African banks attorneys are increase their amounts by 100% interest rates and request that my HR deducts on a loan that has been closed for 2 years now. I find it unacceptable that a year later they realise that there was an error with the settlement amount and what's disturbing is that they failed to contact the client to inform me, they just went straight to the HR when the error was theirs. They should work together with the financial institutions instead of working against each other as that were the problem occurred. African Bank gave me a settlement and upon settling, i informed the attorneys when the account was closed via fax, so i do not understand how an error of this magnitude can occur. I only want this problem to be resolved ASAP as the interest amount is accumulating and no one is taking accountability. Regards Kajel David (021 592 0985).
