Good afternoon,
I was retrenched late last year and after taking insurance for this reason, informed your dept regarding my situation.
To date i have not found employment but the monthly amount is still being deducted from my account.
I have requested that surely this is incorrect and if so as I receive only a state pension and cannot afford the repayments.
Your loan dept has informed me that should I fail to pay the initial agreed amount '"summons will be issued"
Please can you assist me with this stressful situation?
