African Bank
Paid up loans but still not closed

I received a letter from African Bank stating that my accounts are fully paid. I then went to African Bank and requested statements and the accouts are still open and reflects that I am still owing them. African send me a confirmation letter that the accounts are fully paid up on the 17th of September 2013. These are the account number: HAT012454/ HAT015117 and 2983649201. I wpould like to find out how do they send me a letter to say my accounts are paid up in full and the next thing the accounts are still active and shows that I am still owing. I want this matter resolved today and those accounts be closed before they incurre further charges.
