I have an account with african bank and due to unforseen circumstances, have had diffuculty in meeting my monthly payment arrangements. i then did some investigations and discovered that i could apply to have my repayments rescheduled to an amount that i can afford. i was then told that i had to send through my documents nd i would receive feedback from the accounts department. i sent through the docs first week of December via fax to head office and when i received no response i took my docs through to a branch and they attached the docs onto my profile. still no one got back to me. i tried again to send my docs via fax and was in constant communication with both the branch nd head office.i sent through the documentation to head office over 7 times. still no contact from african bank. when i call they say my documentation has not been received. all i want to do is to just pay my debt, but am not receiving any joy from african bank accounts department. in the mean time all i get are embarassing collection calls that make me look as though i do not want to pay my dues...
