Unbelievably Great Service

Firstly, my account was debited by FNB/Discovery Credit card with out my permission and knowledge in August. I have not been this furious in my life and I plan to close ALL my accounts with them, including my business account, cheque account and share investment account. However, I was struggling to withdraw my Investments funds and I had no idea why.
I went into FNB Cresta looking for some assistance, & Despina Nicolaidis not only assisted me, but she was absolutely incredible. She was patient and offered me practical advice. Not only that, she went over and above what I expected of her. She gave me her contact details so I could follow up on the query, which I did this morning, and I got a response from her inside five minutes. Further more, I mentioned a problem with ebucks in passing, not expecting her to do anything as it is technically not her/FNB's problem, but she never the less assisted and resolved my problem. Amazing. I have forgotten what good service is from a bank. I still intend to close my accounts with FNB and never use them for anything again (car/home financing or anything) but if someone could change my mind, it would be Despina. INCREDIBLE.
