Debit order/ Payment dont reflect

Hi There

I have debit orders that go off every month. for about 3 weeks now i only see the debit ordeer go off 3 weeks after the desired date.

eg: on the 5th of the month i have all my cars/houses etc go off. i look at my account and it says nothing has gone off. 3 weeks later fnb deducts everything off my account. please could you investigate this, as it is a business account and i cannot afford to have bad records.

secondly, i had an investment account (shares). i got fnb to close this account and transfer the amount into my personal cheque account. This was done all good and well, but then they deduct 600.00 off my account for the share investment account which is no longer, and do not credit it back into my account.
I email them about it and i never get a reply.

Please could you help me urgently
