Leaving FNB for good!!! Totally DISGUSTED!!!

We were happy fnb customers until yesterday. My husband and i have a joint cheque account and yesterday fnb debited R900 from it without prior arrangement or notification regarding this. When we phoned the bank, after being transferred from one department to another without assistance and finally reaching a private banker who told us he will phone back and still hasn't we were beyond disgusted. One of the consultants advised this was a debit from a credit card my husband had with discovery a couple of years ago which we don't deny. But the question is, who authorised this debit without permission from us? To us this means no control over our funds if debits are done without permission from us. Who even agreed on the amount to be debited? This is a joint account where 2 people get affected and both of us are extremely disappointed and if this is not resolved by crediting the amount by close of business tomorrow with a proper arrangement regarding the discovery card then we are most certainly moving our account to another bank. We cant be expected to trust a bank with our funds if they will be allowing debits from our accounts without arrangements just because their system allows
