It all started back when i first got a call saying i qualify for a Cheque Account. The sales consultant went against my request for just one account and gave me 2. Now not knowing i had 2, there was only funds going into the one account. Lucky i was close to a branch cos my card was swallowed for not putting funds into the other account. I COULD HAVE BEEN ANYWHERE!!. Then some time after I got pd and went to close my account and took my positive balance over to FNB... Beautiful service i received. I then got calls from firstly Standard bank saying i still owe funds for months after i closed my account!!! THEN i received calls from the lawyers!!! I told them let me send you the proof and they dropped the call without giving me any details. Now this morning i get an sms saying "UR STD BANK LOAN ACC 272341754XXXXXXB06 IS ALMOST PD UP. PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF R678.03 BY MONTH END TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. MBD INC.(011) 5604221" Then i call them and say im not payingand why and they say im going to be ITC LISTED!!! I have the proof of me closing my account! Why is this still happening to me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I have lost out on 2wrking days since... WHY IS THIS NOW MY PROBLEM???
