First National Bank

I Brian Seagreen have a credit card with First National Bank. We have been paying R500 a month into this account over the past year. It was R8500 that was owed and now a year later it still at R8500 and never comes down. Further l made a complaint to the division in February of this year as to transactions that took place in November last year without any response as yet from this First National Bank. It seems that they are a law unto themselves. Further l had the card stopped as to this. They said that they would send a new card. It is now months and nothing, no new card. About a Month ago l went to the Queensburgh Branch and made a further complaint. I was told that someone would contact me the same day. That was 6 weeks ago. Is there any organization that one can go to seek help.
