Disappointing service from FNB

Firstly I received a call from FNB on 19thNov, advising me of my upgrade on my credit card. then they went on to say it will take 5-7days. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I sent a complaint, and no response. after a month I receive an sms to collect at N1City branch. At collection, consultant gives me an additional card (petrol card), which i never asked for. She assured me I will not have to pay for it, as I told her I never asked for this. Now in january, a R310 charge for the credit card (which was omitted in the conversation in November), and additional R135 charge for the petrol card was deducted from my credit card! I sent another complaint last week wednesday, 16th Jan, and no response thus far. I called today, and the lady told me that I sent the complaint to the card division, they obviously never sent on to the complaints department as there is no complaint logged at all on the system. Lady, Tracey gave me the correct e-mail [Email Removed] but no ref or response so far. I am frustrated to say the least. Just want an explanation, and reversal of charges!
