Living in the USA with a property claim in RSA is not fun, not if it begins to feel that you are being IGNORED or something. E-Mails don't get answered, Phones keep ring with ABSOLUTE no answering, not even Voice Mail ---just plain ZERO
Thankfully after going through Customer Service, and being the 4 th person in as many days I got put through to " ANGIE " who was more than helpful, went out of her way to help my proses, Strangely she answered her phone as well and responded to E-Mails in a Very Timely Manner
I can not say anything good about the girl that took my claim, as well as the other ones that I got put through to.
Somewhere between the 1 st girl, on the FORTH day I got to ANGIE, what a blessing she was.
ANGIE is a TOP CLASS CLAIMS SPECIALIST and should be seriously be considered for Management
