I'm so fed up with Fnb Credit Card Division AGAIN!
My Credit Card expired and my new card was delivered at my home...
I phoned to get the card authenticated!
When I did the voice prompt as I was told my PIN was rejected so the person who helped told me to go the nearest ATM machine, use the new pin and then change it as I wish!
That's exactly what I did today... The machine said remove the card!!!
Why must a person always struggle and fight before thinks work accordingly?
I personally think the staff want to get one off the phone as soon as possible... What had happened to customer service?.HOW CAN WE HELP YOU... It's a joke!!!
